Time: 2:00-2:45 PM

 All levels are welcome and movements can be adapted for any ability.

Lori provides handouts and access to videos as she teaches to give you opportunities to practice on your own. 


Lori Kennah, PT, DPT began her tai chi training with Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute in 2014. She is certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention, Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Rehabilitation. She has 6 years experience teaching classes both in the community and privately. Lori also has 14 years experience working as a physical therapist with older adults. She is a certified Tai Chi Balance Enhancement Specialist through the Institute of Rehabilitative Qigong and Tai Chi and is working towards her certification in the Adapted Tai Chi Fundamentals program. She currently works for To Life! Therapy and Fitness, LLC where she enjoys incorporating her rehabilitative tai chi training into her one-on-one treatment sessions with older adults.

Tai chi has truly become a journey of life enhancement for her and she is happy to share it with clients and the community
