Webinar Description:
Physiotherapists working with seniors must deal with more complex case loads and multifactorial patients than most other divisions of the CPA. This makes it difficult to stay abreast of all the research that impact the musculoskeletal health as we age.
Osteoporosis Updates and Vertebral Fracture Management will aim to provide clinicians with practical tips and information that they can use when working with their osteoporotic patients.
Upon Completing This Webinar Participants Will Be Able To:
- Better understand current exercise and other mechanical prescription recommendations
- Better understand current pharmaceutical and nutritional recommendations
- Provide educational and treatment strategies for vertebral fractures
By attending you will learn current updates on exercise intervention, mechanical intervention, nutritional and pharmaceutical intervention related to bone health.
By attending you will be more clinically prepared to treat and manage vertebral compression fractures.
