Overview
Qi Gong is a sensorimotor-rich movement program that fits well into rehab practice.
It is easy to teach, easy to adapt, and requires no equipment.
It addresses sensorimotor dysregulation as measured by the Fremantle Questionnaires.
This FREE two-part webinar series is designed to introduce you to the evidence behind Qi gong in medical and rehab practice. We will go through two rehab practices- one for the upper body and one for the lower body.
What to Expect
During the webinar, we will look at how to explain these practices to your patients and how to modify them for the patient in front of you.
Come prepared to practice and experience two simple practices. They are available on your Embodia homework app and have become favorite prescriptions for pelvic health, low back pain patients, neck pain patients and so many more.
Curious?
Come join us on January 19th and 26th from 8-9 PM EST. Wear loose comfortable clothes, and have a tennis ball ready so that you can join in and experience what novel, relaxed movement feels like.
Audience
This free 2-part webinar is for any healthcare professional who prescribes exercises as part of their treatment program. This includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and kinesiologists.
How to Register
There's a maximum of 500 sets available in the webinar room. If you cannot attend live, please do not register. This will allow people who can attend live to ask questions and interact with the instructor.

This webinar will be recorded and made available as an on-demand course on Embodia (free for Embodia Members).
